4. Return Shipping

If the product is found to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, the applicable return shipping cost may be borne by us.

For other reasons, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to product eligibility.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the status of the refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, where applicable.

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval, depending on the payment method, bank, or financial institution.

For Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, the customer may be asked to provide valid bank account details for processing an approved refund.

6. Partial or No Refund

A refund may be reduced or rejected if the returned product:

9. Delivery Damage
